Cyril Leonard advised HSBC Property Investments on a sale and leaseback with Foseco on their 48 acre industrial facility in Tamworth, Staffordshire. Foseco entered into a combination of short and long term lease commitments on approximately 200,000 sq ft of production and office accommodation. In addition, Fosroc Limited will continue to occupy a 70,000 sq ft modern warehouse and office facility on the site. The sale included 300,000 sq ft of vacant accommodation, which was subsequently refurbished and re-let by HSBC.
