Cyril Leonard provide a comprehensive development service from identification of suitable sites, feasibility studies, advise on design/layout and specification, arrangement of debt and equity finance, and joint ventures.
We work closely with our Building Consultancy Team who specialise in the appointment and coordination of project teams and project management.
We also advise corporate clients in 'unlocking' inherent development value on surplus sites, with a view to achieving “best value” by sharing in future development profits.
Rapid advances in design techniques and construction technology, together with increasingly demanding planning laws and together building regulations, have revolutionised the work of the Development Funding Department.
Cyril Leonard provides a comprehensive development service, from identification of suitable sites, feasibility studies, planning applications, arrangement of finance to the appointment and coordination of project teams and project management.
In addition, the department specialises in fitting out buildings to specific requirements of new or existing occupiers.
The department also undertakes consultancy and construction monitoring work on behalf of institutions, banks, receivers and property companies.
