Cleveland House

Palamon Capital Partners have taken the entire sixth floor totalling 8,200 sq ft (762 sq m), at Cleveland House, 33 King Street, St James's SW1 from Chubb Group Ltd, a division of United Technologies Corporation. Palamon entered into a new lease expiring in 2017 subject to review but without a lease break, at a rent equivalent to £70 per sq ft and in addition received a rent-free period as a contribution towards their fit out.
Palamon's existing offices comprising the entire fourth floor of 4,800 sq ft (446 sq m), at Regent Gate, 56-58 Conduit Street has been surrendered to the owners, Insight, the property arm of Clerical & Medical, who are to carry out a refurbishment and re-let the floor in early 2006.
