Cyril Leonard improves top restaurants' ratings

Cyril Leonard has been appointed as rating valuation specialists to the
prestigious Hakkasan Group, operator of several top oriental restaurants in
London.
The group has 10 branches including the Michelin star rated Hakkasan and
Yauatcha, both described as among the top 50 restaurants in the world.
It also owns Busaba EatThai and has plans to develop the brand. The group is
operated by the Yau family who are also behind the successful Wagamama
Japanese noodle restaurant chain.
We have also been taken on by Salade, another fashionable company operating
upmarket salad bars. Customers select their salad individually from more
than 50 ingredients and dressings and the company is on the lookout for more
properties.
Away from the catering sector - except by name - we have also been
commissioned by Spice Plc which recently bought out Inenco Group who Cyril
Leonard have worked with for many years on the rating side. Spice have,
under different company names (Service Line, Circle Britannia, Breval, H2O,
Kermac, Freedom Group and Team Simoco) a large number of properties of their
own. |
