Mayfair Acquisition

Cyril Leonard recently acquired the long leasehold of 18 Park Street, Mayfair, London W1, a period-style Grade II listed office building totalling 5,200 sq ft (483 sq m) for private clients.

The building, which incorporates a lift and courtyard, will undergo refurbishment including air conditioning and will be offered on a floor-by-floor basis in June 2006. £3.25 million was paid for the long leasehold interest.

Cyril Leonard were subsequently instructed to project manage the fit out and refurbishment of the premises for multi occupancy.
