Sale & Leaseback in Maidenhead - Abbott

US pharmaceutical company Abbott, advised by Cyril Leonard, have completed the simultaneous sale of their 3.7 acre office campus site in Norden Road, Maidenhead to Terrace Hill plc and have leased a new 77,000 sq ft office headquarters on the Vanwall Business Park.

Cyril Leonard's Building Consultancy Department undertook a pre-purchase survey and technical due diligence on the new premises.

Abbott will join neighbouring tenants Wyeth, Business Objects and Group 4 on Morley Fund Management's Vanwall Business Park. Headquartered in Chicago, Abbott serves customers in more than 130 countries with a staff of 60,000 at more than 100 different locations worldwide.
