Cyril Leonard advised Baylight Properties, forming a joint venture with Helical Bar plc, for the acquisition and extensive refurbishment of the Shepherds Building in Shepherds Bush, London W14. The building provides 145,000 sq ft ranged on Lower Ground, Ground, and five upper floors. Development works included the provision of a new fifth floor, the creation of a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, and a new external service core to create a multi-let business community, albeit with a letting to Endemol plc of 30,000 sq ft. |
