Cyril Leonard advised Terrace Hill plc on the purchase and funding of this prominent eight acre site in Bracknell situated opposite Cable & Wireless and in close proximity to 3M's headquarters. The site has detailed planning permission for a 260,000 sq ft net office scheme across three buildings. The phased development is scheduled for completion in 2009 and will have an end-value of around £120m.
Terrace Hill commented: "The completed office buildings will be delivered into an increasingly vibrant Thames Valley market at a time when there will be a shortage of good quality new office space coupled with buoyant demand." In addition there are a number of requirements in excess of 200,000 square feet from several large multinationals." |
