Following acquisition of this 160,000 sq ft multi-occupied industrial office and retail complex, River Medway Developments retained Cyril Leonard in an Asset Management role. We are in the process of improving the facilities at the complex and increasing rental income, by letting vacant accommodation, re-gearing leases and negotiating rent reviews.
