Alstom Ltd developed a high speed test track together with ancillary maintenance facilities following the award of the contract to develop the new Pendolino trains for the West Coast main line. After successful completion of this contract the facility has become surplus to requirements and Cyril Leonard have given advice to Alstom in respect of the most cost effective exit strategy, in respect of this unique facility, advising on rents, potential dilapidations and the value of remaining assets.
