The property is largely let to tenants including Barratt Homes, Waste Recycling, and Newal Limited, and produced a rental income in the region of £920,000 per annum. A price in the region of £11.5m was paid to show a net initial yield of 7% with a reversion yield of 8.5% upon the re-letting of the vacant floor. |
