Cyril Leonard are responsible for ensuring that all of the building systems are maintained in excellent working order with back up and contingency plans in place for unforeseen breakdowns. In addition, Cyril Leonard oversees the security for the property and the contractors who maintain the various Mechanical and Electrical systems within the building. Cyril Leonard also manages the repair and maintenance of the physical property in accordance with the terms of the lease by which Absolute Radio occupy the premises.
Cyril Leonard manages this modern office building on behalf of an overseas client. The property is occupied by KPMG and is set on this well known Business Park minutes from the M4 motorway, close to Reading.
Cyril Leonard is responsible for collecting rent from the tenant, together with arranging the necessary insurances for the property before recharging the appropriate amounts.
Cyril Leonard has also been responsible for renegotiating the terms of the lease with the tenant and has worked closely with them to facilitate improvement works to the premises that they wished to undertake.
A private banking client of Cyril Leonard owns this modern office building situated on an attractive business park close to Leicester City centre and De Montford University. The property is let to RBS and Cyril Leonard has been responsible for managing the property now for many years.
Cyril Leonard collects the rent and insurance monies from the tenant on behalf of the client. Additionally, Cyril Leonard ensures that the obligations of the lease are met by the tenant in all regards, ensuring that the interest of the property’s owner is protected at all times. We have also recently negotiated a rental increase on review.
